Åhléns publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

Åhléns Group AB (publ) (“Åhléns”) issued senior secured bonds in an amount of SEK 500,000,000 on 29 October 2025 (the “Bonds”) under a bond framework of up to SEK 1,000,000,000 (ISIN SE0026600223).

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, Åhléns will apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s corporate bond list. The first day of trading is expected to be around 23 October 2026.

In connection with the application for admission to trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s corporate bond list, Åhléns has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 14 October 2026. The prospectus will be available on Åhléns’ website, https://www.ahlensgroup.se, and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website, https://www.fi.se/
