Fredrik Crafoord increases his ownership in Byhmgard AB through acquisition of 20,878,594 shares
Fredrik Crafoord, Board member and investor in Byhmgard AB, has acquired 20,878,594 existing shares in the company from Edsgard Capital AB. The transaction means that ownership is transferred from a currently passive shareholder to an active shareholder in Byhmgard.
The acquisition was completed at a price of SEK 0.186 per share.
The acquisition is a part of an structural change in which Edsgard Capital AB, currently a passive shareholder in Byhmgard, has divested shares to active shareholders in the company. For Fredrik Crafoord, the transaction represents an increased ownership stake and a continued long-term commitment to Byhmgard.

The transaction comprises a total of 20,878,594 shares at a price of SEK 0.186 per share.
The shares are existing shares and the transaction therefore does not involve any new issue of shares or dilution for Byhmgard’s other shareholders.
Fredric Crafoord will continue his involvement as a Board member and investor in Byhmgard AB.
