Clean Shift Sweden AB (publ) extends the subscription period in the rights issue

Clean Shift Sweden AB (publ) (the “Company”) announces that the Board of Directors has resolved to extend the subscription period in the ongoing rights issue until 6 February 2026. The previous final subscription date was 23 January 2026.

The decision to extend the subscription period has been made to provide existing shareholders with additional time and opportunity to participate in the rights issue. The extension is also made in light of the Company’s recent directed share issue of approximately SEK 16.4 million, carried out with a number of strategic and long-term investors.

The Board of Directors considers the outcome of the directed share issue to be a strong validation and a clear sign of confidence in the Company’s strategy and project portfolio. By extending the subscription period in the rights issue, existing shareholders are given the opportunity to participate in the Company’s continued development on the same terms.

All other terms and conditions of the rights issue remain unchanged.

About Us
Clean Shift is a Swedish energy company that aims to develop, build, own, and operate biogas plants, with an initial focus on Greece. The company was founded to address the growing European demand for dispatchable and renewable energy, as well as to capture the significant, yet largely untapped, potential for biogas production within the Greek agricultural and food sectors.

In total, five biogas plants are planned in Greece with a combined capacity of 9.5 MW, supported by long-term support schemes and with the ambition to commence construction in the coming years. The company’s intention is for all five plants to be completed by 2030. Clean Shift has thus established a clear expansion strategy in a market with strong growth potential and a predictable revenue model, with opportunities for future international expansion beyond Greece.
