At the end of January, Energy Save held an in-person training session for its distributors, focusing on the company’s propane range for commercial properties. Within a short period, four distributors have placed orders for the ES M40 R290 – 40 kW heat pumps using propane as refrigerant. The total order value amounts to approximately SEK 520,000, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. The ES M40 R290 is the first propane heat pump targeting customers within the commercial property systems business area.
The strong interest in these R290 units was further demonstrated when Energy Save gathered partners from its European distribution network for a dedicated training session on the propane portfolio at the end of January.
“Within two weeks of formally training our distributors, we are already receiving orders from several of them. This shows that the ES M40 R290 provides our distributors with strong competitiveness in the European energy transition,” says Yibo Zhao, Deputy CEO of Energy Save.
While the transactions have limited financial impact, they are strategically important as they demonstrate significant demand for propane-based solutions also within the commercial property segment.
