Heimar hf. (“Heimar” or the “Company”) has today completed an increase of the bond series HEIMAR50 GB and HEIMAR230628 GB.
HEIMAR50 GB is a green, inflation-linked bond series secured by the Company’s general security arrangement. Bonds with a nominal value of ISK 2,500 million were sold at a yield of 3.98%, bringing the total nominal amount of the series to ISK 18,720 million following the increase.
HEIMAR230628 GB is a green, non-indexed bond series bearing floating interest linked to three-month REIBOR plus a margin. The series is secured by the Company’s general security arrangement. Bonds with a nominal value of ISK 1,400 million were sold at par, corresponding to a margin of 0.90%. Following the increase, the total nominal amount of the series will be ISK 2,520 million.
The expected settlement date of the transactions is June 19, 2026, after which a request will be made for the bonds to be admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Main Market.
ACRO Securities hf. acted as the arranger for the transactions and the increase of the bond series.
