Change in the number of shares and votes in Hexatronic
The number of shares and votes in Hexatronic Group AB (publ) changed during October 2026 as a result of the new issue of 924,800 Class C shares resolved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 26 August 2026 within the framework of the company’s long-term incentive programme, LTIP 2026.
Through the share issue, which was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office during October, the total number of shares increased by 924,800 and the total number of votes increased by 92,480.
As of 30 October 2026, the last trading day of the month, the total number of outstanding shares in Hexatronic amounts to 226,179,027, of which 221,448,661 are ordinary shares, corresponding to 221,448,661 votes, and 4,730,366 are Class C shares, corresponding to 473,036 votes. The total number of votes therefore amounts to 221,921,697. The share capital amounts to SEK 2,261,790.27. Hexatronic holds all Class C shares.
