Íslandsbanki will offer two covered bonds series on Monday 23 March 2026. The series ISB CBF 28 and ISB CBI 32 will be offered to investors.
ISB CBF 28 will be offered in a single-price auction, where all accepted offers will be awarded at the highest accepted spread on 1-month REIBOR.
The series ISB CBI 32 will be offered in a single-price auction, where all accepted offers will be awarded at the highest accepted yield.
Íslandsbanki reserves the right to accept or reject offers in part or in whole.
Expected settlement date is 30 March 2026.
The covered bonds will be issued under the Bank’s covered bond programme. The Base Prospectus is available here: Covered bonds programme.
The auction will be managed by Íslandsbanki’s Fixed Income Sales. Offers shall be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] before 16:00 p.m. on 23 March 2026.
