On 8 February 2023, Rotunda Fastigheter AB (“Rotunda”) issued senior secured bonds denominated in SEK of approximately 100 million with ISIN SE0019175811 and EUR of 5 million with ISIN SE0019175829, respectively, within a framework amount of SEK 200 million (the “Rotunda Bonds”). The Rotunda Bonds have a term of 30 months with a final maturity date of 8 August 2025. Patriam is now exercising the right to extend the term of the Patriam Bonds by one year, in accordance with the bond terms, although it is not the intention to utilize the entire extension period.

In connection with this, the work that has previously been announced to refinance Rotunda Fastigheter AB's senior secured bonds is ongoing.
