PPI acquires care property in Tampere, Finland

PPI Public Property Invest AB ("PPI") has agreed to acquire a high-quality ESG compliant care property at Hervanta, Tampere, Finland for ca. EUR 23.3 million. Hartela Oy will construct the property under a turnkey agreement.

The modern care property will comprise 149 care places leased. Esperi Care will occupy 89 places and Rinnekodit 60 places, providing elderly and special group care in the facilities. Construction is expected to commence in September 2026, with completion anticipated in November 2027.

The property is expected to generate annual net operating income (NOI) of approximately EUR 1.5 million reflecting a net yield of 6.45%.
