Public Property Invest AB (publ) establishes a commercial paper programme and issues commercial papers

PPI Public Property Invest AB (publ) (“PPI”) has established a commercial paper programme as a complement to the company’s existing funding.

The programme has a framework amount of SEK 5 billion and enables the issuance of commercial paper with maturities of up to 12 months in SEK & EUR. The purpose of the programme is to strengthen PPI’s financial flexibility, broaden its funding base, and improve the efficiency of its short-term liquidity management.

In connection with the establishment of the programme, PPI completed its inaugural issuance of commercial paper totalling SEK 225 million and EUR 10 million with maturities of 4 to 6 months. The issuance was significantly oversubscribed, demonstrating strong investor interest in PPI's commercial paper.
 
Swedbank has acted as arranger for the programme. DNB Carnegie, Nordea and Swedbank will act as dealers. Nordea is IPA under the programme.
