As part of Sentia’s share purchase programme, Sentia has offered employees of the group the opportunity to purchase shares at a price corresponding to the volume-weighted average price of the Sentia share on Oslo Børs during the period 2-8 June 2026, less a 20% discount, i.e. NOK 58.17368 per share. Based on orders received, the board has resolved to allocate a total of 700,000 shares to employees.

The allocation will be settled partly by Sentia selling 237,261 treasury shares. Sentia will thereafter hold no treasury shares. Further, the board of Sentia has, pursuant to an authorisation granted at the annual general meeting on 12 May 2026, resolved to increase the company’s share capital by NOK 5,552.868 through the issuance of 462,739 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.012, at a subscription price of NOK 58.17368 per share.

Once the share capital increase has been completed, Sentia will have a share capital of NOK 1,210,680.984 divided into 100,890,082 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.012.
