The number of shares and votes in Vimian Group AB (publ) (“Vimian”) increased during June as a result of share subscriptions through the exercise of warrants as part of the warrant program adopted by Viman’s Annual General Meeting on 2 June 2023. In total, the number of shares has increased by 1,093,738 ordinary shares and the same number of votes.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 530,356,375 shares in Vimian. 527,058,510 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share. 938,605 shares are C shares, 1,485,532 shares are D shares, 291,237 shares are E1 2025 shares, 291,244 shares are E2 2025 shares, and 291,247 shares are E3 2025 shares, each with one-tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in Vimian is 527,388,296.5.
