Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) appoints Christian Fredefors as the company's new CFO. He will assume his position on May 18, 2026, and will be a member of the company's management team.

Christian most recently held the position of Client Executive at SBAB and has previously served as CFO at Holmströmgruppen AB. Prior to that, he worked with financing and transactions at Hemfosa Fastigheter.

Christian replaces Adela Colakovic, who previously announced that she will be leaving her position for another assignment. Adela will remain as CFO until May 8, 2026.
