ARENIT Industrie SE: ARENIT acquires MP Multipack AG in Switzerland
ARENIT Industrie SE has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the Swiss company MP Multipack AG. MP Multipack is a technical distributor of packaging and disposal solutions, serving the Swiss market.
MP Multipack AG develops and sells packaging and disposal solutions, acting as a technical distributor serving a broad range of Swiss customers, from hospitals to airports to municipalities. It orchestrates a broad network of suppliers to fulfill the needs of its customers.
MP Multipack is headquartered in Oftringen, Switzerland. In 2025, MP Multipack reported revenue of approximately CHF 9.5 million with strong margins.
MP Multipack broadens ARENIT's existing footprint in Switzerland. It will be consolidated in the segment "Devices and Industrial Solutions". Consolidation is expected to take place at the beginning of the fourth quarter 2026. The acquisition is not expected to have a significant impact on ARENIT's earnings in the current financial year.
