ARENIT Industrie SE: ARENIT acquires Power Generation Seals (PGS) in Germany
ARENIT Industrie SE has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the German company Power Generation Seals (PGS) GmbH. PGS manufactures customized seals for gas turbines and steam turbines, serving the global energy market.
Power Generation Seals (PGS) GmbH manufactures customized seals for gas turbines and steam turbines, supporting both original equipment manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and retrofit needs. It serves a global customer base.
PGS has designed and built its own proprietary production equipment. PGS is headquartered in Berlin and has recently established a second manufacturing location in Hungary.
In 2025, PGS reported revenue of approximately EUR 1.8 million with very strong margins. PGS has nine employees. It will be consolidated in the segment "Precision manufacturing". Consolidation is expected to take place at the beginning of the fourth quarter 2026. The acquisition is not expected to have a significant impact on ARENIT's earnings in the current financial year.
