On 22 June 2026, 297 treasury shares in Fondia Plc were returned to the company without consideration in accordance with the terms of the second performance period 2023-2025 of the company's share-based commitment and incentive plan due to the termination of a participant's employment.
The payment of rewards for the second earning period of the share-based incentive plan was announced on 5 May 2026 and 27 May 2026.
Following the return, the company holds 165,321 treasury shares.
