GiG Commences Trading on the US OTCQX Best Market Under Ticker Symbol "GIGXF"
Addition of OTCQX market significantly enhances US market reach and appeal
GiG Software Plc (First North: GiG SDB; OTCQX: GIGXF), a leading B2B iGaming technology company, announces that it has commenced trading on the OTCQX Best Market ("OTCQX"), a regulated US stock market. Trading on the OTCQX is an important step in the Company's strategy to increase its US investor reach and deepen both its exposure and presence in the country.
The OTCQX, operated by OTC Markets Group Inc., is the highest market of the US OTC markets and is designed for established, investor-focused companies that meet high financial and governance standards.
OTC Markets operates one of the leading electronic interdealer quotation systems for US broker dealers and offers multiple media channels to increase the visibility of OTC-traded companies. OTCQX is a well-established market designed to provide enhanced visibility and liquidity for international companies seeking to broaden their US investor base.
