Oslo, 13 May 2026: Ingrid Haugen Fougner, director at the board of Komplett ASA, has bought a total of 15 000 shares in Komplett ASA at a weighted average price of NOK 7.58 per share.
The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Following this transaction, Haugen Fougner and related parties own 15 000 shares in Komplett ASA.
