Lumo Homes plc (the "Company") has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) on 21 April 2026.
According to the notification, the holding of Norges Bank in the Company's shares and votes has increased above 5 per cent on 20 April 2026.
