Lumo Homes plc (the "Company") has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company on 2 April 2026.
According to the notification, the holding of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company in the Company's shares and votes has increased above 15 per cent on 2 April 2026. This company holds a total of 44,029,042 shares corresponding to an ownership of 16.20 percent in Lumo Home's shares and votes.
