MindArk PE AB (publ) ("MindArk", the "Company") hereby announces that the Company's interim report for Q1 2026 has been published.
Comment from acting CEO Leif Evander Andersson:
"Despite a negative currency impact during the quarter, we see continued strong underlying performance, with increased user activity and higher platform deposits. Our investments in technology and AI are enhancing both efficiency and the quality of the user experience, while positioning us well for future growth. Overall, we are entering the rest of the year stronger both technically and operationally."

Significant events after the end of the reporting period
April 9, 2026, the Board of Directors proposed that the Annual General Meeting authorize the Board to apply for delisting from Spotlight Stock Market.
