Multiconsult: LINK Arkitektur - Nominated for lead architectural consultancy contract for renovation of HP4 Lavhusene in Brøndby

Multiconsult's (Oslo: MULTI) fully owned subsidiary, LINK Arkitektur A/S, together with Dominia Engineering, Paalsson Architects, Opland Landscape Architects and Teknologisk Institut, has been nominated for the lead consultancy contract for the renovation of the residential area HP4 Lavhusene in Brøndby, Denmark.

The project involves the renovation of an existing residential area covering approximately 75 000 m² and comprising 748 residential units. It includes full-service architectural and consultancy in all project phases. The renovation will be executed in six stages, with residents rehoused during construction. The total construction costs are estimated at DKK 1.42 billion including VAT, with a total project budget of approximately DKK 1.75 billion including VAT.

The client is BO-VEST, Boligsamarbejdet på Vestegnen. The total contract sum is approximately DKK 56 million, which LINK Arkitektur A/S will sign as lead consultant. This amount includes fees for the sub-consultants. LINK Arkitektur's estimated share of the contract is DKK 15 million, with a potential add-on value of approximately DKK 7 million over the full contract period.

Initial design work is scheduled to begin in March 2026, with tenant approval and submission to the National Building Fund expected by the end of 2026. Subsequent design phases are planned to commence in February 2027, subject to tenant approval. Approval of the main contract tender is expected in March 2029. Project completion is planned for October 2034, followed by the one-year inspection.

The nomination is subject to a standstill period (NO: karenstid) which expires on 9 February 2026.
