Paratus Energy: Announcement of Board Changes
Hamilton, Bermuda, September 23, 2026 - Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (ticker: PLSV) ("Paratus" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Dag Skindlo has informed the Board of Directors that he will step down as a member of the Board of Directors with effect from 23 September 2026 in order to focus on his executive role and other commitments.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Skindlo for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him every success.
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lars Pedersen to the Board of Directors with effect from 23 September 2026.
Mr. Pedersen is an international maritime executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience across shipping and offshore support services. He has spent the past eight years with Frontline Management AS, where he serves as Chief Technical Officer, leading global fleet operations, digital transformation, ESG initiatives and strategic growth, while also serving as Managing Director of Flex LNG Fleet Management. Previously, he held senior leadership positions with BW Group, A.P. Moller-Maersk and Höegh. Mr. Pedersen brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, artificial intelligence, sale and purchase (S&P), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and major shipbuilding programmes in China and South Korea. He also serves on the boards of Arundo Analytics, Northern Ocean and Archer,a and has completed the Executive Board Leadership Programme at Copenhagen Business School.
