From the Auditor's Report:

Material uncertainty related to going concern

We draw attention to the Directors' Report, which states that the Company has reported losses for several consecutive years. Under the heading "Going concern assumptions" and in Note 2, it is further stated that the Company applied for company reorganisation in March 2025, which was approved and formally concluded in December 2025. The reorganisation enabled the Company to continue its operations with a lower level of debt than when the process began. Despite this, the Company continues to face strained liquidity, and there is a risk that it will not be able to generate sufficient funds to finance its operations. There is also a risk that the Company will not be able to obtain the necessary financing when required. These conditions indicate the existence of material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinions have not been modified in respect of this matter.

Remarks

On several occasions, the Company has failed to pay taxes and statutory charges on time.
