The company's auditor has commented in his audit report: "ithout prejudice to our statements above, we would like to draw attention to the statement in the administration report that the financing is not sufficient for the operations' capital needs over the next 12 months. As is also clear, the board of directors is actively working to resolve the financing issue. This indicates that there is a significant uncertainty factor surrounding the company's ability to continue its operations."

Comment from the company: In order to secure working capital and liquidity, the company has raised two loans in the beginning of 2026 for a total of SEK 17 million, with participation from the board of directors and management. In parallel, work is underway on the company's long-term financing. The board of directors is closely monitoring developments and believes that the company has reasonable conditions to secure financing.
