The letter of intent between Summa Defence Plc and Brødrene Aa Eiendom AS (press release 26.8.2025) regarding the restart of operations at the Brødrene Aa shipyard in Hyen, Norway, will not lead for the continuation of cooperation.
The contract negotiations have ended because the commercial conditions defined by the Board of Directors of Summa Defence Plc for acquiring a majority stake and establishing a new company have not been met.
