Swedish Logistic Property är ett svenskt bolag verksamt inom fastighetsbranschen. Bolaget fokuserar på förvärv, utveckling och förvaltning av logistikfastigheter. SLP has signed a 10-year, fully indexed lease agreement, with Spobik for a new logistics property, Äringen 4 Jönköping, of approximately 21,600 square meters. The total investment is estimated to SEK 231 million and the annual rental value is approximately SEK 16.5 million. Occupancy is expected to occur during Q3 2027.

The property will be built with a modern logistics building with a high standard and environmental certification according to Miljöbyggnad Silver. The building is being constructed in a strategic location near central Jönköping and with direct connection to the E4.

In connection with the occupancy, Spobik will leave its current premises of approximately 9,000 square meters in the Hedenstorp 2:1 property. The property, which is located in an attractive logistics location with proximity to Jönköping C, the airport as well as E4 and national road 40, has good development potential and high adaptability. Overall, net rental is positively affected by approximately SEK 9.5 million.

The investment is initially financed with our own funds and is conditional on land acquisition by the municipality and the necessary authority decisions being obtained.
