Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB: Wihlborgs' acquisition of Castellum's South Sweden portfolio approved
The Swedish Competition Authority has approved Wihlborgs' previously announced acquisition of Castellum's property portfolio in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. As a result, all conditions for the transaction have been fulfilled and the acquisition can now be completed.
Wihlborgs notified the Swedish Competition Authority of the acquisition on 14 July 2026. The Authority has decided to clear the transaction without intervention. The approval was one of the conditions for the transaction announced on 26 June 2026.
Closing is scheduled for 1 October 2026.
