In advance of the extraordinary general meeting in Wyld Networks AB ("Wyld Networks") on May 6, 2026, the shareholder and board member Scott Moore proposes the election of Louise Heijne and Andreas Dahlén as new board members for the period until the end of the next annual general meeting.
As announced on March 16, 2026, the Company's former chairman of the board has resigned at his own request. As further announced on April 1, 2026, the remaining members of the board of directors have taken steps to appoint a new member of the board of directors for the remaining term of office.
The shareholder and board member Scott Moore now proposes that the extraordinary general meeting on May 6, 2026 elects Louise Heijne and Andreas Dahlén as new board members for the period until the end of the next annual general meeting.
The proposal presented on April 1, 2026 is in other respects unchanged, entailing that the board following the election is proposed to comprise Louise Heijne, Andreas Dahlén, Kjell Olovsson and Scott Moore, with Scott Moore as chairman of the board.
Louise Heijne is CEO and board member of New Port Securities AB, a privately held investment company with operations in Sweden and internationally. She is also chairman of the board of Södra Maltfabriken AB. Louise Heijne has previous experience from the financial sector, including previous employments with Nordnet AB and Adelis Equity AB. Louise has a degree from Sigtuna Skolans Humanistiska Läroverk with a focus in Economics and has studied at Lund University with further studies in business and finance in Stockholm.
Andreas Dahlén is a founding partner at the corporate finance adviser Apollonian AG. He is also board member of QuTEM AB, Interlinked AB, Venture Targeter AB, Venture Targeter 3 AB and Stella Marina AB. Andreas Dahlén has extensive experience from the European Commission. Andreas holds a MSc in European Affairs, MA in Political Science from Lund University and BA in European and International Law from Örebro University.
