Yara International ASA: mandatory notification of trade

August 26, 2026 - Today, Yara has purchased 71,592 shares (ticker: YAR, ISIN: NO0010208051) in the market at an average price of NOK 454.7355 per share. The shares are purchased on behalf of and transferred to Yara Group Executive Board members and other executives taking part in Yara's Share Based Remuneration (SBR) programs.

Also, in order to support alignment between members of the Group Executive Board and shareholder interests, it is expected that members of the Group Executive Board participating in Yara's SBR program, in addition to the shares received as part of the SBR, invest in Yara shares an amount equaling the lowest amount received as net, after tax short-term incentive plan payout for the preceding year or the net amount received as SBR for the relevant year, and do so yearly as a minimum. Such investments should be made until the shareholding amounts to the member's gross remuneration package, including pensions. 

All SBR shares are locked in for a period of three years after purchase, and furthermore it is expected that members of the Group Executive Board do not sell any Yara shares as long as they are members of the Group Executive Board.
The following Yara Group Executive Board members purchased shares today:

• President and CEO Svein Tore Holsether bought 2,966 shares as a part of the SBR program. Following today's purchases, Svein Tore Holsether owns 67,109 Yara shares. 
• EVP & Chief Financial Officer Magnus Krogh Ankarstrand bought 1,649 shares as a part of the SBR program. Following today's purchases, Magnus Krogh Ankarstrand owns 12,832 Yara shares. 
• EVP Corporate Development Fernanda Lopes Larsen bought  shares, of which 1,640 shares as a part of the SBR program and 1,941 shares as additional share purchase. Following today's purchases, Fernanda Lopes Larsen owns 20,489 Yara shares. 
• EVP People, External Affairs & Chief of Staff Hanna Opsahl-Ben Ammar bought 1,579 shares as a part of the SBR program and 875 shares as additional share purchase. Following today's purchases, Hanna Opsahl-Ben Ammar owns 2,978 Yara shares.
• EVP Europe Mónica Andrés Enríquez bought 2,227 shares as a part of the SBR program and 2,032 shares as additional share purchase. Following today's purchases, Mónica Andrés Enríquez owns 20,660 Yara shares. 
• EVP Americas Chrystel Monthean bought 2,505 shares as a part of the SBR program and 2,182 shares as additional share purchase. Following today's purchases, Chrystel Monthean owns 23,772 Yara shares. 
• EVP Africa & Asia Luis Alfredo Pérez bought 2,181 shares a part of the SBR program. Following today's purchases, Luis Alfredo Pérez owns 11,172 Yara shares. 
• EVP Global Production Johan Labby bought 1,550 shares as a part of the SBR program and 795 shares as additional share purchase. Following today's purchases, Johan Labby owns 7,249 Yara shares. 
• EVP & CEO Yara Industrial Solutions Jorge Noval bought 2,075 shares as a part of the SBR program and 1,076 shares as additional share purchase. Following today's purchases, Jorge Noval owns 16,910 Yara shares. 
• EVP & General Counsel Kristine Ryssdal bought 1,513 shares as part of the SBR program. Following today's purchases, Kristine Ryssdal owns 23,731 Yara shares. 

All share purchases carried out by or on behalf of the above mentioned Yara executives are considered as PDMR trades under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and are subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to MAR article 19.
