Inside information: Admicom Oyj starts change negotiations to renew competencies and change the focus areas of resource allocation

Admicom Oyj ("Admicom" or the "company") is initiating change negotiations to accelerate the implementation of its strategy. The construction industry's economic cycle, rapid advancements in artificial intelligence, changes in the competitive landscape, and growing customer expectations are guiding the company to strengthen its capabilities, particularly in platform-based product development, data and AI expertise, and skills to generate customer value. At the same time, strategic focus on selected customer segments, international growth, and multi-channel sales require changes in the priorities of operations and expertise.
The change negotiations concern the Finnish personnel of Admicom Oyj and its subsidiary Admicom Finland Oy, and they cover approximately 290 employees. Admicom Group currently employs a total of 313 people in Finland and Estonia.
According to a preliminary estimate, the planned measures could lead to changes in up to 65 current roles, of which maximum 45 will be redundancies. In addition to internal transfers, the company intends to increase expertise in critical areas through new recruitments.
The change is expected to support achieving the mid-term profitability target. The change is estimated to have a positive impact of EUR 0.5 million on adjusted costs in 2026. One-off costs related to the negotiations are expected to be recognized in the second and third quarters of this year, and their amount will be determined once the negotiations conclude.
Negotiations will begin on April 21, 2026, and are expected to last three weeks.
