Remedy has completed the acquisition of the company’s own shares
Remedy Entertainment Plc has completed the acquisitions of the company’s own shares, which were announced on October 31, 2025. During the acquisition period – November 3, 2025 to December 5, 2025 – Remedy repurchased a total of 50,000 own shares, corresponding to approximately 0.37% of the total number of shares. The shares were purchased at an average price of approximately EUR 13.72. The repurchase of the company’s own shares reduced the company’s unrestricted equity by EUR 685,820.55.
After the repurchases, Remedy Entertainment Plc holds a total of 50,000 own shares. The purpose of the repurchases was to acquire shares to optimize Remedy’s capital structure, to otherwise be reassigned, to be held by the company, or to be cancelled. The shares were repurchased otherwise than in proportion to the existing shareholdings of the company’s shareholders in public trading at the market price quoted at the time of purchase. The repurchased shares were acquired based on the authorisations given by the Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2025.
