Toivo Group Plc, stock exchange release, 10 March 2026 at 4:35 pm
Toivo Group Plc’s (“Toivo” or “Company”) Board of Directors has decided today, based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 10 April 2025, that a total of 405,000 new company shares are to be issued free of charge to the company itself. The new shares are of the same class as the Company’s other shares.
The share issue is in preparation for the company management’s share-based incentive system.
The new shares are estimated to be entered into the trade register by 25 March 2026, after which the company will immediately apply for the shares to be admitted to public trading on the Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd marketplace.
Following the registration of the new shares, the total number of the Company’s shares will be 59,384,559, of which 652,740 are held by the company as its own shares, representing a total of approximately 1.1 per cent of the company’s total number of shares.
