Today, it is announced that Mette Søs Lassesen will not seek re-election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 9 April 2026, as otherwise announced in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
Earlier today, Mette Søs Lassesen, informed WindowMaster International A/S that she has decided to withdraw her candidacy to join the Board of Directors.
The other candidates for the Board of Directors proposed by the Board of Directors remain as announced in Company Announcement 072-2026 on 20 March 2026.
