Administer Plc Company Release 22 June 2026 10.15 EET

Administer will, in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting held on 23 April 2025, pay 30% of the remuneration of the Board members for 2025 in shares. 

The share-based remuneration will be paid to the following persons:

Jukka-Pekka Joensuu
Risto Koivula
Milja Saksi
Leena Siirala
Minna Vanhala-Harmanen

In accordance with the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors, Administer has transferred a total of 17 952 treasury shares held by the company for the payment of Board remuneration. Following the transfers, the company holds 313 360 as treasury shares.
