Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Andfjord Salmon Group AS (the "Company") on 21 March 2025 regarding commencement of the subscription period for a subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 1,714,286 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 35.00 per share.

The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering (the "Subscription Period") will expire today, 31 March 2025 at 16:30 hours (CEST). Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.

Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by one of the Managers (as defined below) for the Subsequent Offering before the end of the Subscription Period. Subscribers who are residents of Norway with a Norwegian personal identification number are encouraged to subscribe online.
