BactiQuant A/S ("BactiQuant" eller "Selskabet") har nu registreret kapitalforhøjelsen som følge af afslutningen af rettet emission hos erhvervsstyrelsen. BactiQuant henviser til selskabsmeddelese af 6. november 2025, hvor det blev annonceret at der er tegnet i alt 8.150.000 nye aktier af nominelt DKK 0,05 svarende til en samlet kapitalforhøjelse på nominelt DKK 407.500,00.
De nye aktier oppebærer de samme rettigheder som eksisterende aktier i henhold til BactiQuants vedtægter og forventes at blive optaget til handel i selskabets eksisterende ISIN-kode DK0061417730 på First North Growth Market den 19. november 2025
Den samlede kapital i BactiQuant udgør efter emissionen i alt DKK 1.876.092,80 fordelt på 37.521.856 aktier af nom. 0,05 svarende til 37.521.856 stemmer
