APR: Appear ASA Appointment of Interim CFO

Oslo, 15 October 2026 - Appear today announces the appointment of Torbjørn
Blom-Hagen as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from 1 December
2026.

Blom-Hagen holds more than 20 years of experience from the capital markets and
has served as CFO of several listed companies. He has supported Appear's
finance function as a consultant.

Blom-Hagen holds an MBA with a major in finance, strategy and entrepreneurship
from INSEAD, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian
University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

The company is in the process of recruiting a permanent CFO, following Per
Øyvind Stene's decision to step down, announced 1 September 2026.
