Cambi ASA: CFO departure - appointing Acting CFO

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of:
- 20 May 2026, announcing that CFO Mats Tristan Tjemsland would step down on 30
November
- 30 September 2026, announcing that Paul-Étienne Lardeau has been appointed as
the new CFO of Cambia ASA starting 1 January 2027

Cambi and Tjemsland have now agreed that Tjemsland will step down at the end of
Sunday, 8 November 2026. 

CEO Per Lillebø assumes the role of Acting CFO starting Monday, 9 November 2026,
and will remain in the role until and including 31 December 2026.
