Luxembourg, February 25th, 2026 - Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.
("Constellation" or the "Company") announces the schedule for its Full-Year 2025
earnings release and investor conference call and confirms its participation in
upcoming financial and industry conferences.
Earnings Release and Conference Call Details
Constellation will release its Full-Year 2025 financial results on March 23,
2026, via its investor relations website (ri.theconstellation.com). A conference
call to discuss the results will be held on March 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. BRT
(9:00 a.m. EST | 2:00 pm CET). Investors and analysts are encouraged to join the

Participation in Financial and Industry Conferences
Constellation is pleased to announce its participation in the following

iii. DNB's Energy & Shipping Conference 2026 to be held between March 4th and
5th, 2026, in Oslo, Norway.
iv. Clarkson's Securities' 15th Annual Drilling Conference to be held on March
18th, 2026, in New York, NY, US.
