EAM: Reminder of right to Participate in Extraordinary General Meeting 14 September 2026

Reference is made to the communication dated 31 August 2026 whereby EAM
announced the summons to an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders to
be held Monday, 14 September 2026 at 10:00am.
Shareholders who were shareholders on 7 September 2026 have the right to attend
the general meeting, either in person or by proxy, and the right to speak at the
general meeting.
Interested shareholders are reminded to send an Attendance Form or Power of
Attorney Form, both of which are attached to the summons.
