H1 2026 Report - EAM Solar AS

Please find attached the H1(including Q2)2026 report for EAM Solar AS.

Highlights include:

H1 2026 EBITDA came in at a profit of EUR 2.66m, mainly due to significant
one-off items. EBITDA from core operations came in at a loss of 89k. 

'Milestone 1' cashflow improvements achieved in the first quarter via ENS 1
leasing refinance and satisfaction of ENFO 25's FIT overpayment from 2024.

Milestone 2' legal targets achieved as EAM saw success in both Arbitration
appeal proceedings, receiving positive decisions before the Court of Cassation
and the Court of Appeal.

The Summer 2026 rights offering was fully subscribed at NOK 55m, having received
subscriptions for over NOK 100m.

An amicable settlement agreement was reached with Intesa Sanpaolo. The
associated court proceedings have ended. The settlement resulted in a reversal
of previous debt provision of  NOK 19m.
