Reference is made to the previously published notice of the Annual General

The Board of Directors has resolved to change the date of the Annual General
Meeting. The Annual General Meeting will now be held on 28 May 2026 at 10.30am
at Olav Selvaags plass 5, Oslo.
A call-in notice will be published separately.
