financial statements, with an emphasis of matter regarding the going
concern uncertainty. The auditor is unable to express an opinion on the
consolidated financial statements or the board of directors' report.
 
 
RESTRUCTURING
 
The restructuring of the company's balance sheet is ongoing. The company
has received a proposal from Modiola AS and Middelborg Invest AS to
restructure the Company.
