Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Norse Atlantic ASA (the
"Company") on 19 June 2026 regarding the final results of the rights issue and
bond conversion offer. Songa X AS, Songa Bulk Chartering AS and Songa Capital
AS, all ultimately controlled by Arne Blystad, was allocated 232,779,823 new
shares in the rights issue, increasing the number of shares and votes controlled
by Arne Blystad and companies controlled by him to 246,978,433 shares and votes.
The consolidated holding of Arne Blystad and companies controlled by him has
increased from approximately 8.7% to 11.2% of the shares and votes in Norse
Atlantic based on 2,202,246,658 outstanding shares following completion of the
rights issue.

The share capital is expected to increase further upon issuance of (i)
203,966,400 underwriting commission shares, (ii) 545,932,674 bond conversion
shares, and (iii) 6,000,000 CEO private placement shares, all expected to be
completed on or about 1 July 2026.

Subject to the board resolving the remaining share issuances, Songa X AS, Songa
Bulk Chartering AS and Songa Capital AS will in total be allocated 23,277,981
underwriting commission shares and 94,944,814 bond conversion shares, in total
23,277,981, increasing the number of shares and votes controlled by Arne Blystad
and companies controlled by him to 365,201,228 shares and votes. The
consolidated holding of Arne Blystad and companies controlled by him will
increase to approximately 12.3% of the shares and votes in Norse Atlantic based
on 2,958,145,732 outstanding shares following completion of all the
aforementioned share issuances.
