OMDA AS - Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders

Long Path Partners, a primary insider in Omda AS, has today sold 235,500 shares
in Omda AS at an average price of NOK 37 per share.

The shares were sold through Long Path Smaller Companies Fund, LP and Long Path
Opportunities Fund, LP, both entities controlled by Long Path Partners, LP. (if
shares are not sold directly)

Following the transaction, Long Path Partners controls 4,831,090 shares in Omda
AS.
