Pelagic Credit Plc - Final NOK amount for interim dividend

Reference is made to Pelagic Credit Plc's (the "Company") announcement on 3
August 2026 regarding the Company's first interim dividend of USD 0.04 per
share.
As previously announced, the dividend was declared in USD and payments through
Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) will be made in NOK.
The USD/NOK exchange rate applied for the dividend payment is 9.517.
Accordingly, the final dividend payable through Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS)
is NOK 0.38068 per share.
The payment date remains on or about 13 August 2026.
