notified that the following Primary Insiders has purchased shares in the Company
today, 23 February 2026.

Kjell Skappel, Chair of the Board and primary insider in Pexip has purchased
60,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 63.12 per share through
Stavanger Venture AS, which is controlled by Kjell Skappel. After the
transaction Stavanger Venture holds 2,162,000 shares in Pexip.

In addition, TD Veen AS, where Kjell Skappel is CEO, holds 6,146,946 shares in
Pexip and Veen Eiendom AS, where Kjell Skappel is CEO, holds 2,133,496 shares in
Pexip. After today's transactions, the companies controlled by Kjell Skappel own
10,442,442 shares in Pexip, corresponding to an ownership of 9.99%.
