SOLSTAD OFFSHORE ASA - KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO Q2 2026 DIVIDEND

Skudeneshavn, 15 July 2026: Reference is made to the announcement by Solstad
Offshore ASA earlier today, where the Board of Directors presented the results
for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 and announced that it had resolved to
distribute a cash dividend of USD 0.15 per share to its shareholders, totalling
approximately USD 12.4 million, based on the authorization approved by the
General Meeting on 13 May 2026. Key information relating to the cash dividend is
set out below:

. Dividend amount: USD 0.15 per share

. Declared currency: USD (please note that the dividend will be paid out in NOK)

. Last day of trading in the Solstad Offshore ASA share inclusive of the right
to receive the dividend: 16 July 2026

. Ex-date: 17 July 2026

. Record date: 20 July 2026

. Distribution date: On or about 29 July 2026

. Date of approval: 15 July 2026
