ZAL: Mandatory notification of trade

On 21 September 2026, Kona BidCo AS acquired 30 shares in Zalaris ASA (the
"Company") at a price of NOK 100 per share through market purchases. Following
this and subject to due settlement of the shares for which acceptances were
received (as announced on 18 September 2026), Kona BidCo AS owns a total of
19,413,704 shares in the Company, representing approximately 87.70% of the
issued and outstanding share capital and voting rights of the Company (88.93%
adjusted for the Company's holding of own Shares).
Kona BidCo AS is a close associate of Fredrik Gyllenhammar Raaum, chair of the
board of directors in the Company. Please see attached notification form in
accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
This notification is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
